Executive Leadership Program
HTH's Leadership Program is open to currently employed healthcare personnel who serve in leadership or intend to serve in leadership positions in their facility. As well as for HTH Business Partners in good standing.
This program is designed to equip emerging leadership candidates with tools, skillsets and knowledge to become future Senior leaders within rural healthcare settings. It includes personal development, healthcare industry training, and skills development and fosters peer-to-peer relationships with participants.
Hospital Board & Leadership Program
HTH's Hospital Board and Leadership Program is designed for Hospital Boards of Directors and C-suite leadership members.
Subscription pricing per education cycle:
- Non-Member Hospital: $4,500
- HomeTown Member Hospital: $2,250
- Individual: $650
Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner Program
Program participants must hold RN degree at minimum. Recommended for RNs and APRNs.
Georgia CAHs participating in the VERB program can participate at no cost.
The Commission for Forensic Nursing Certification (CFNC) currently offers two professional credentials: the Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner-Adult/Adolescent (SANE-A®) and the Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner-Pediatric (SANE-P®). Both credentials are recognized by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s (ANCC) Magnet Program®. The earned credentials of SANE-A® designates that the recipient has achieved the highest standards of forensic nursing for sexual assault nurse examiners. Nurse examiners initially become certified by meeting the eligibility requirements and achieving a passing score on the certification examination.

Infection Prevention Program
Registration closes November 6, 2020. Applications will be reviewed and approved participants will receive next step instructions.
Grant Professional Training Program
This program will benefit project managers, grant managers, executive and financial leaders as well as others in compliance or who are seeking to improve their grant management skills.
Georgia SHIP Hospital Innovation Consortium participants can participate at no cost.
The goal of this series, Healthcare Grant Professional Training and Certification Prep, is to help build the knowledge and skills of those involved in seeking and managing grants within healthcare organizations. For those interested in pursuing the GPCI Certification, it will also provide a big picture overview of the areas included in the testing, as well as prep materials.

Mental Health First Aid Training
This program is open to anyone interesting in learning how to recognize/identify when someone is struggling with a mental health or substance abuse problem, as well as tools to be better equipped for meaningful conversations with individuals experiencing or approaching crisis and how to best offer support and connect individuals with available resources.
Georgia CAHs participating in the VERB program can participate at no cost.
Mental Health First Aid prepares participants to interact with those experiencing mental health crisis - including a 5-step action plan that helps guide conversations and support for individuals.
Training class schedule varies by learner and trainer availability.
