Addressing Implicit Bias & its Impact within the Workplace Setting

With more work settings embracing the need for DEI education, it is natural for the conversation to turn towards Implicit Bias. Implicit Bias can have a profound impact on the workplace and its productivity, internal culture, relationships, and employee engagement. This course will assist facilities with understanding the many aspects of Implicit Bias and other negative behaviors, and how staff can work to identify and address these issues through awareness, education, training, and adjustments to key internal processes.
