Improving Operations: Rural Health Clinics

The purpose of this five part course is to assist rural health clinics in improving compliance around current CCM programs and processes, to better understand the changes to the E&M coding, to increase knowledge around effective processes for the RHC policy and procedure manual, to improve employee education and yearly training processes, and to understand the importance of preventative medicine and outreach for your communities. The wealth of information shared in these sessions will be sure to help you continue your journey towards operational excellence.
