The HomeTown Health Solution for SHIP Programs

Effective and efficient financial and revenue cycle management is the foundation for hospital reimbursement. If the hospital revenue cycle is not functioning at its peak, the hospital will be in a fragile financial state. Managing and maintaining a hospital revenue cycle is a team function involving multiple departments.

Without education, resources, and a comprehensive understanding of all areas of the revenue cycle, a hospital will not thrive and may not survive. The SHIP Consortium PB/PPS Category Program provides rural hospital revenue cycle staff with education and knowledge from experts who have decades of experience.

What's Included In The Program

1. 2024-2025 SHIP Grant Consortium Information Session & Kickoff

In this webinar series, rural and small hospital CFOs and other financial professionals receive updates and tools from various subject matter experts in reimbursement, accounting, audits, and other areas of financial need to help better manage hospital financial operations.

4. Monthly Medicare Reimbursement Series
