All New Hires:

If you are a New Hire, please click the link below to open the online learning portal. All new hire usernames should begin with your 3-digit department number. (example: 012janedoe)

Emanuel Medical Center New Employee Orientation

Once you've logged into the system, scroll down and look for the EMC New Employee Orientation card. Click on the card and enroll, then click 'begin learning' to start the course.

All new hires, students and contractors must complete within 14 days of hire date.

Patient Access New Hires:

You must also complete the Patient Access Certification before you are eligible to start work. You will find it within the School of Revenue Cycle Management catalog at the bottom of your dashboard, or, you can search Patient Access Certification in the search bar, and click on the one labeled 'learning plan'.

Additional Courses are available for completion within 6 months of hire:
