Who can benefit from these webinars?

These webinars are designed to provide annual refreshment to learners who have previously completed the CHHS, PAC/PAS, BC/BSC or FCC certifications on HTHU but are open to all revenue cycle team members who are interested in the training topics covered per webinar. The healthcare hospitality webinar will center on customer service training - all others center on the positions that are primarily address in the title: patient access, billing, and financial counselors.

What's the cost?

Each webinar is $108 per participant for individual users or non-subscribers. Webinars are open to Iowa SHIP grant participants, HTHU Annual Education Subscribers, and HTHU Revenue Cycle Subscribers at no additional cost.

What if I'm not available that day?

Webinars will be recorded and added to the HTHU School of Revenue Cycle Management for up to one year - you can always enroll in the recording if you miss the live webinar presentation.

How do I sign up?

(This email will come within a month of your live webinar date). If payment is needed, you'll be emailed with instructions to remit payment prior to your webinar instructions being released.
