- Revenue Cycle Boot Camp: Revenue Cycle Management professionals are
responsible for the management and oversight of all business, administrative and clinical functions that contribute to patient revenue from first patient contact through zero account balance. This includes registration, eligibility, charging, documentation, coding, billing, collections, and denials. This workshop will cover the essential principles of revenue cycle management processes and best practices. - Quarterly Series of Educational Webinars: Webinars that will cover all areas of the revenue cycle, providing education for key areas affecting reimbursement. Webinars will include current rules and regulations from CMS and will provide basic and advanced revenue cycle education. Audiences change frequently in the revenue cycle departments, and we will be communicating
with the hospitals to meet their needs and target areas where education is requested and where we see it is needed. - Access to HTHU School of Revenue Cycle Certificate Programs: ITHU is proud to offer access to the Certificate/Certification programs for key areas of the revenue cycle that historically have the most impact on reimbursement. Included in the programs are certifications for Patient Access, Billing, Case Management and more. This is proven education, updated annually, and shown to improve compliance and financial indicators in hospitals that take
advantage of these programs. Both the Certifications and Certificate Programs can be easily incorporated into your facility's educational goals, career ladders and staff improvement goals. Each program provides professional CEUs and is IACET certified to allow staff to apply those toward licensing if applicable. - Revenue Cycle Listserv: to provide subject matter expert and peer interaction addressing issues, challenges, or successes.
