Teacher Resources for Academic Year 2021-2022

We all are committed to helping to build the future healthcare workforce. This site was developed to provide resources to the teachers in high school Healthcare Science programs in Georgia to enable their successful completion of the Healthcare Science Education Program Industry Certification Process. In partnership with the Georgia Department of Education - Career, Technical and Agricultural Education (CTAE) division, the HSE IC Support Team at HomeTown Health, LLC, HomeTown Health University, and Sharon Norman coordinating the process, will help teachers toward successfully completing Healthcare Science Education Program Industry Certification.

This workshop will be an orientation/jump start for teachers/instructors/administrators on the HSEIC Process. Sandra Martin will host this event, register via the CTAERN website.

Health Care Science Education Virtual Workshop - with HTHU
This required workshop is for all teachers/instructors achieving HSEIC during 2021-2022. Part 1 will be on September 22 and Part Two on September 23.

Mid-Year Workshop - with HTHU
This two-day workshop is for the HSEIC Teachers to present their HSEIC Website and their 'Final Evaluation Welcome Presentation' of their school of Healthcare Science Program. Each school will have 15 minutes to present. This is a required workshop.
