Care & Case Management for Individuals with Opioid Use Disorder

In this course, Knicole Lee, DNP, MSEd, MSN, FNP-BC discusses the care and case Management for individuals with an opioid use disorders. She provides ways to provide personalized care to each patient to include locating resources to meet their physical, mental, and educational needs. Finally, she discusses ways to coordinate care to ensure the effectiveness of treatment and prevention of future illness.
