Relational Coordination: TeamSTEPPS Implementation
A TeamSTEPPS Initiative occurs in three continuous phases: Phase I – Assessment; Phase II – Planning, Training, & Implementation, and Phase III – Sustainment. This second session of the Relational Coordination and Teamwork Series provides a road map for progressing through each of the three phases and completing the key actions within each phase.

Relational Coordination: Building a Leadership Culture to Support Care Coordination and Process Improvement
The foundation of a hospital system is culture, and it is at the heart of the entire Shingo Model. All the guiding principles need to be embedded in the culture. Principles inform ideal behaviors, or what becomes the behavioral goals. Cultural transformation requires a shift in behaviors. and systems drive behavior.
