new annual ed resizedIn this annual employee education program, you will learn how to comply with many of The Joint Commission, DNV, OSHA and other regulatory requirements, safely treat patients in varying age groups, maintain confidentiality, increase quality and minimize risk, report inappropriate situations, be the best employee for your facility and so much more! Learning objectives are included within each lesson.

The 2016 Standard Annual Education from HTHU is divided into two sections, one for clinical and one for non-clinical staff, and includes over 20 individual lessons covering areas of compliance and best practice education. An additional session, centered on long-term care facilities and staff, is also available for facilities which serve in that functionality.

Facilities can customize and tailor these courses to meet the specific needs of their facilities and staff members by utilizing the courses above combined with facility developed content and other courses from the HTHU Course Catalog.
